Return and Refund Policy

While we strive to create and find pieces that you will love, if you are not happy with an item please make contact with us within 7 days of receipt of delivery. If we are notified within this timeframe we can, in most cases, arrange a credit note or exchange.
Please do not initiate a return without contacting us first at style@erenatepaa.com
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns nor provide a refund or exchange for ‘change of mind’ purchases.
Made to Order
A custom order is unique to you and begins as soon as the order is placed. Due to its personalised nature we cannot accept changes, cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges once the order has been confirmed.
Faulty or damaged goods
Please understand that all our new items are handmade or in the case of vintage pieces, are of a secondhand nature. Ere Collection pieces are made with timber that is naturally weathered or aged. Unless the fault or damage is structural, expect that minor variations are likely character traits of the item you have purchased and as such will not qualify for a refund.
We take great care in inspecting each item for clear faults or damage before shipping.
In the rare event that your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide a clear description along with detailed images of the damage. Please also include images of the packaging and a clear picture of the shipping label so that we can quickly assess next steps.
Returns
Please make contact with us before initiating a return and note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and costs associated with returning your item.
In the event of a return, items must be very well packaged as you will also be responsible for any damage incurred in transit.
Refunds
If you are issued a refund, please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable.

While we make every effort to give accurate information on our website including pricing, imagery, item descriptions and product specifications, errors can on occasion, happen.
In the unlikely occurrence that pricing is incorrect on our website we reserve the right to not honour the incorrect pricing.
Pricing
All prices displayed are in NZD (unless our website has converted the NZD equivalent amount to your currency) and includes 15% GST.
